国内首办‧拉大新闻系中文教学

（雪兰莪‧八打灵再也4日讯）拉曼大学将开办国内首个以中文作为媒介语的新闻系。
拉曼大学再次通过国家学术品质鉴定局的审核，成功开办2项新课程，即中文系硕士学位及中文媒体研究荣誉学位课程。
随着取得上述2项课程的开办准证后，该大学已经获得高教部批准开办总共100项课程。

不吐不快，“Feel Free To Talk”

（金宝4日讯）拉曼大学学生发展部为拉大生们举办了名为Feel Free To Talk的活动, 提供学生一个倾诉与沟通的管道。
此次的活动包括了“追求和平”展览 (“In Pursuit of Peace” Exhibition)、性格测试(DISC Personality Profile)、叙事治疗(Narrative Therapy)、粘土治疗(Clay Therapy)、大笑瑜伽(Laughter Yoga)、激励演讲(Positive and Motivational Talks) 和友谊因素(Ingredients of Friendship) 等项目。
“大笑瑜伽结合了笑和瑜伽，是个可以让人抒解压力的运动。与此同时，它也是个可以促进合作精神的团体活动。”大笑瑜伽讲师，K.Sivan先生解释。

First Class honours graduates are exempted from PTPTN loans repayment

Graduates who completed their bachelor’s degree studies from January 1, 2010 onwards are eligible to convert their PTPTN loans to scholarships.
A Public Relation Officer from Public Complaints Bureau, Rina binti Abd Rahman had made the above clarification, denying the previous rumors that only graduates who graduated in 2010 are qualified for the conversion.
