Kampar, 19 Feb (J-on) – Some 100 students gathered in Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) Heritage Hall to feel the excitement of Talent Time show themed Wild Wild West!
“We chose this theme because we appreciate the value of Togetherness in cowboy culture and hope to bring all UTARians together,” said the organizing chairperson, Gary Chun Zhi Cong.
Performers had shown their talent through sketches, dances, saxophone performances and so on.
“All performers are UTAR students. They were selected through audition,” added Gary.
According to one of the committee, Lim Jean Nie, “As long as they are passionate towards performance, they are eligible to become performers.”
Nearly the end of the event, emcee led all attendees some interaction activities such as “London Bridge” and “Banana Dance”.
The atmosphere was successfully heated up when the committee members invited Dr Teh Chee Seng ,Vice President of UTAR to join the fun.
The event started as early as 8am and end at 2pm. The entrance is free to everyone, however, prior to registration.
Performers sang in group on the stage.
