Kampar, 16 Feb (J-on) – Started from October 2010 Trimester, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) students are required to print out their own Notification Result from student intranet.
J-on reporter wrote an electronic mail to Division of Examination, Awards and Scholarship (DEAS) to comprehend the new policy that has been implemented.
“This is the senate committee decision”, replied Chia Zeng Hui, the Senior Executive of DEAS and he directed J-on reporter to refer to UTAR webpage.
According to UTAR webpage, the rationale of such policy is to facilitate student’s collection of results and ensure confidentiality.
However, there is exception. For one whom need official result slip for the purpose of scholarship and others, one may inform related department.
