First Class honours graduates are exempted from PTPTN loans repayment

Graduates who completed their bachelor’s degree studies from January 1, 2010 onwards are eligible to convert their PTPTN loans to scholarships.
A Public Relation Officer from Public Complaints Bureau, Rina binti Abd Rahman had made the above clarification, denying the previous rumors that only graduates who graduated in 2010 are qualified for the conversion.
She added that PTPTN borrowers can refer to PTPTN Circular 1/2010 under Borang, Pekeliling & Tender Section at PTPTN website, www.ptptn.gov.my for further information.
